One of the experts from the pilot project SIC DigiEduLab is TOP 50 finalist of the Global Teacher Prize 2020

Gustavo Calderon de Anda, one of the experts that participated in the pilot project “SIC DigiEduLab – Digital Fabrication Lab”, that promotes “Maker Culture in Education” in the Central Bohemia region, is among the TOP 50 finalists of the Global Teacher Prize 2020 by the Varkey Foundation.

SIC DigiEduLab took place from November 11th to 22nd, 2019 at the Emil Kolben Technical High School, in Rakovnik. Seven teachers and more than twenty students were trained during that time. SIC is happy to continue collaborating with Gustavo Calderon and all the members of the expert team: Jorge Sanabria (the lead expert), Ben Douek and Ruy Cervantes, in our effort to accredit the method used in the pilot project by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
